BISTROT
CONCEPT
Longing for Tuscany
Moscow's "Bistrot" is the little brother of the world-famous restaurant in the Italian resort of Forte dei Marmi. Thanks to a partnership between Kirill Gusev, Ivan Bronov, Fyodor Bondarchuk and the owner of "Bistrot di Forte dei Marmi", Davido Vaiani, "Bistrot" has opened in Moscow.
The concept of the prestigious restaurant has been successfully transplanted to the Russian capital. The designers have recreated the feel of a Tuscan estate, with a terrace, wrap-around windows and a Mediterranean fountain on the patio. The detailing inside – stone, oak cupboards and sideboards, lamps with shades, wicker chairs and photographs on the wall -- evokes an old family home.
The chef is the Michelin-decorated Massimo Ferrari. His energetic Italian speech forms a pleasant, colorful and authentic backdrop. And "Bistrot's" menu is a unique take on Tuscan cuisine. But as well as our Tuscan recipes, our chefs also prepare the most popular dishes from across this sun-kissed country.
In summer the patio is turning to a blossoming garden where the ambiance blows Mediterranean serenity.
